This policy applies to purchases from ZIA, our 925 sterling silver brand with showrooms at Dharampeth and Pratap Nagar in Nagpur. Every piece is 925 sterling silver, a nominal 92.5 percent silver alloy, with a 925 stamp and tested in store on request. Many pieces carry a protective rhodium or anti tarnish coating, which adds weight and can make the measured purity of the finished piece read slightly below 92.5 percent, for example around 90 to 91 percent; this is normal for coated silver and is not a defect. Our imported 925 silver carries the 925 stamp, with free XRF testing in store and an itemised invoice as proof of purity. The itemised invoice serves as your record of purchase.
If you are not happy with your ZIA piece, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided:

Refunds to bank or UPI are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Cash purchases are refunded in cash on the spot.
You can exchange any returned piece for another piece of equal or greater value, paying the difference. Exchanges are immediate at the showroom.
ZIA offers fair valuation in store on your 925 sterling silver pieces. Bring the piece and your original invoice to either showroom and our team will give you a weight based valuation at the current store rate.
