This website www.ziasilverjewellery.com is owned and operated by ZIA, our 925 sterling silver brand with showrooms at Dharampeth and Pratap Nagar in Nagpur, and a sister brand of Londe Jewellers Gold & Diamonds, serving Nagpur families since 1989. Our showrooms and customer care

Our products

Every ZIA piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver, a nominal 92.5 percent silver alloy, and carries a 925 stamp where applicable. Many pieces are finished with a protective rhodium or anti tarnish coating; please see Silver purity, coating and composition below for how this can affect the measured purity reading. Each piece can be tested in store on request, and your itemised invoice serves as your record of purchase. Our 925 silver is sourced from trusted international suppliers and carries the 925 stamp, with free XRF testing in store and an itemised invoice as proof of purity. We do not sell gold or diamonds. Product images on this website are for reference, and actual colour, finish, and weight may vary slightly because each piece is hand finished.

Silver purity, coating and composition

Our jewellery is sold as 925 sterling silver, which refers to the grade of the silver alloy used (a nominal 92.5 percent silver). Before purchasing, please understand the following.

925 stamped. Our pieces are sourced from trusted international suppliers and carry the 925 stamp. We confirm purity with free XRF testing in store and an itemised invoice as proof. Each piece is genuine sterling silver and can be tested in store on request.

Coating affects the measured purity. Many of our pieces carry a protective rhodium or anti tarnish coating that keeps the silver bright and stops it from blackening. This coating adds to the total weight of the finished piece, so an XRF or assay reading of the finished, coated item may show a silver content slightly below 92.5 percent, for example around 90 to 91 percent, even though the base metal is sterling silver. This is normal for coated silver jewellery and is not a defect or a misrepresentation.

No exact percentage guarantee. Our reference to 925 or 92.5 percent describes the grade of silver used, not a guaranteed assayed percentage for every individual finished piece. The exact reading on any coated item may vary. ZIA pieces are sold at a fixed price per piece (MRP) and not on a per gram silver weight calculation.

Gold polish and gold tone pieces

Some of our pieces are described as gold, gold polish, or gold tone. These are 925 sterling silver finished with a gold coloured plating or polish. They are not gold, contain no gold, and carry no gold value. The plating is a surface finish that can wear gradually with regular use.

Stones, pearls and embellishments

Where a piece carries stones, they are cubic zirconia or simulated decorative stones, not diamonds, and not natural or certified precious gemstones. Pearls, where used, are shell or freshwater pearls with natural variation in shape, size, and colour. ZIA does not sell diamonds or lab grown diamonds.

Tarnishing, coating wear and care

Silver naturally darkens or tarnishes over time with exposure to air, moisture, perfume, and skin contact. Any rhodium or anti tarnish coating slows this but is not permanent and wears gradually with use. Natural tarnishing and gradual coating wear are normal characteristics of silver jewellery and are not manufacturing defects. We are happy to advise on cleaning and re polishing in store.

Skin sensitivity

925 sterling silver contains a small percentage of copper for strength. While silver suits most people, individual skin reactions can occur. If you have known metal sensitivities, please test the piece against your skin before extended wear. ZIA is not liable for individual skin reactions.

Nature of our jewellery and liability

Our pieces are sold as fashion and gifting jewellery on an as is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any piece is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Pricing

ZIA pieces are sold at the MRP shown on the tag for each piece. The price reflects the design, craftsmanship, and finish of the piece. The final price and any applicable GST are confirmed at the time of purchase in store. Tag and website prices are shown in good faith; in the event of an obvious or manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price or decline the sale before the purchase is completed.

Use of this website

All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by ZIA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, or commercially use any content without our written permission. We may update product information, designs, and these terms at any time.

We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. For returns, refunds, and exchanges, please see our Return and Refund Policy. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
